In order to continue providing the best possible schedule options for our guests, we do require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. Should you miss or cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be required to pay 50% of the service cost before a new appointment is able to be scheduled.
We understand that being late may be unavoidable and we try to accommodate every customer. However, depending on your scheduled appointment, we may have to shorten or reschedule your service for another date and time.
Please call us as soon as possible at 978-525-3612 if you will be delayed for your appointment, need to cancel or need to reschedule.
We strive to offer our guests the highest level of satisfaction. If for any reason you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within 7 days of your visit and we will be happy to correct the issue with no additional charge.
Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we will accept returns at full credit for 14 days from your initial purchase.
